Tasting Note
Nose Fragrant and fresh – wild strawberries, raspberry compote, and floral meadow notes. A gentle touch of oak and spice hums underneath.
Palate Bursting with bramble jam and redcurrants, followed by ripe orchard fruit and a swirl of vanilla cream. Hints of rosewater and heather honey add a delicate floral lift.
Finish Lingering and elegant, with soft tannins, dried cranberry, and a little citrus zest to keep things bright.
