NICO LAZARIDI’s goal was to create a series of single-distillery wine products, following the successful path of Cavalieri Assyrtiko, which in recent years perfectly expresses the typicality of this particular variety in mainland Greece. Cavalieri will now highlight the character of specific varieties. The beginning is with MALAGOUSIA Cavalieri, the new member of the Cavalieri family.

Tasting Notes:
Tasting Notes: Pale lemon colour. Intense nose with floral and herbal notes, harmoniously linked with aromas of stone fruits and citrus fruits. Medium body with pleasant acidity and a long aromatic aftertaste.
Aging: Will respond to aging for up to 4-5 years after harvest.
Perfect Pairing: Served chilled at 10-13ΟC. it can be combined with a wide range of Mediterranean and Asian cuisine, with seafood dishes and oily fish. Also with roast poultry, pasta, risotto, creamy sauces, green salads and vegetables.
