It has lovely pale yellow brilliant, slight nose with notes of white flowers, vanilla and relayed by several smoke buttons. An attack floral and round mouth that reveals a certain sweetness and light oak. The dominant mineral remains. Enjoy it on trout fillets with almonds, salmon en papillote or veal stew and small new vegetables.
