Tasting Note
Nose:Â A big, deep nose of caramalised sugar, rich toffee, espresso, dates and dried orange.
Palate:Â The sherry influence becomes more and more apparent as grandiose brandy soaked fruitcake fills the mouth with winter spices and dark chocolate following.
Finish: Mixed nuts, raisins, coffee beans and oats, a soft finish that keeps on hanging.
