Our debut offering is a lightly sparkling, semi-sweet craft apple cider. It is made from a blend of apples sourced from Cyprus’s mountainous Pitsilla region, including the native varieties Kathista and Lortica. Balanced and refreshing with well-developed aromas, it is ideally suited to the Cypriot climate and best served chilled.
