For people who love rum and whisky, Aikan provides an interesting alternative. This spirit started life as a blended Scotch whisky aged for a minimum of 3 years in American oak casks. It’s then transferred to Martinique for some tropical climate maturation for two to four years in aged rum casks. It was bottled at 43% ABV with its natural colour.
