Description
Tasting Note
Nose: Bright and fresh. Crisp green apples, ripe pears, and citrus zest mingle with honeyed malt and vanilla custard. Delicate floral notes—hawthorn and white blossom—add elegance, while a faint hint of toasted oak and gentle spice linger underneath.
Palate: Full-bodied and vibrant. Juicy orchard fruits lead, supported by rich caramel, toffee, and almond praline. Spices—cinnamon, nutmeg, and white pepper—add warmth, balanced by a smooth malt sweetness and subtle oak tannins.
Finish: Long, warming, and refined. Lingering notes of honey, vanilla pod, gentle spice, and soft oak fade gracefully.
Overall: A lively and expressive Highland malt, combining fresh fruit and spice with cask strength intensity. Bold yet balanced, with depth and finesse
