Tasting Note
Nose: Sherry on the nose, sweet Olosoro, pepper, berry fruits, calves leather and cedar wood.
Palate: Sweet spices, nutmeg, prune juice, a hint of uncooked pastry, a little golden syrup and Demerara rum.
Finish: Cloves, more of those prunes, a hint of dried apricot and toasted barley.
