The Glenglassaugh distillery launched their Wood Finishes series in late 2017, marking the first time they’ve ever released cask-finished expressions. Very exciting stuff! This particular bottling was initially aged in bourbon casks before being moved over to Pedro Ximenéz for up to two years.
