Palate: Assertive and vibrant. Crisp apple, barley sugar, and lemon pith up front. A burst of white pepper heat followed by hints of shortbread, fennel, and green almond. Water coaxes out softer tones—pear drop and chamomile tea, with a waxy undertone.

Finish: Long and mouth-coating. Pepper-spice and citrus oils fade into barley husk and a touch of dry oak. Clean, with a slight saline echo.
