Nose: Malty and toasty with notes of vanilla, tropical fruit, watermelon, coconut milk, manuka honey and hot buttered toast.

Palate: Rich and sweet with thick notes of custard, drizzled over apple crumble, with hints of tropical fruits, oak and potpourri.

Finish: Good length with sweet vanilla and black pepper on the tail.
