Tasting Note
Nose: is rich and fruity, sweet Rocha pears and calvados with notes of dry hay and heather honey, a touch of marmalade and oak.
Palate: is thick and full and wonderfully smooth. There are notes of marmalade and wood smoke with spicy fruitcake and butter.
Finish: is long and barley sugared with an oily smoothness.
