Dalmore 12 Year Old (1L, 40%)
Is matured for the initial nine years in American white oak ex-whiskey containers, before half is exchanged to ex-oloroso sherry barrels for the last three years. The combination is a whisky with a mix of sweetness and rich, sherried flavors. Launched in late 2008 to restore the past 12 year old, this single malt from the Dalmore refinery is a toasty, espresso rich measure with perfectly flavor notes and a thick mouth-feel that gives extremely rich taste.

Tasting Note
Nose: A warm coffee house in Seattle; roasting beans, the oily nuttiness in a fine espresso, there are little notes of malt and cereal and butter from the pastry counter with rich orange from the fruit bowl on the counter.
Palate: Notes of Seville marmalade and triple sec with winter spices and fruitcake. Zesty cocoa and milk chocolate.
Finish: Medium, oranges.
